What if I'm not happy with my flowers?
1.Refund Policy
We know sometimes, as humans our expectations are not always going to be met, sometimes things happen and since our product is perishable we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you have a problem or you are not satisfied with your floral product please contact us by email (puresunshinellc.sjjones@gmail.com) or phone (517.745.0763) within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We will work to correct the issue and discuss all possible solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Again, we value you as our customer and appreciate you choosing us to help with your floral needs.
What do we do with the vase when our flowers have expired?
2.Vase Exchange Program
It is our policy that with our subscriptions we include a vessel with your first order. Each bouquet there after is perfectly arranged and wrapped in our signature plain paper and designed to be easily unwrapped and placed in your initial vase, so they look perfect with every delivery! After 3 months, you have the option for a vase exchange. We will happily exchange your current vase for a fresh look, expertly chosen by us to compliment your subscription.
See Vase Return Program page to participate. Damaged or Broken Vases will not be accepted. Customer will receive no credit, or refund for broken/damaged vases. Promise of participation in vase return program in the future is solely at the discretion of Pure Sunshine LLC.
What if I have to cancel my subscription?
3. Subscription Cancellations
Firstly, we want to Thank You for choosing us! If, for some reason you need to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however we do require cancellation notice one week prior to the next scheduled delivery day, as we fulfill orders on a schedule. Our time is valuable and so is yours and since our products are perishable, cancellations must be made in a timely manner. If a cancellation is not made in the afore mentioned timeframe, you may incur charges, as we cycle bill with our subscription services.
If you no longer need or want your vessel, once your subscription has expired we will be happy to take it off your hands, no questions asked. Surrendered vessels are simply a donation as a pledge to us and the community. By surrendering your vase it helps us uphold our mission to limit our carbon footprint. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to the next opportunity we can be of service to you.
What happens if my chosen arrangement is out of stock?
4. Out of Stock
Sometimes nature has other plans and certain flowers may be available only at certain times of the year. If you have a current subscription, Pure Sunshine LLC. will contact you in regards to a suitable substitute. If you are a new customer and an arrangement is out of stock, please contact us, Some of our arrangements may be out of stock due to the high volume of subscriptions at that time. Subscriptions may periodically close, please check back or contact us, we want your business!
